2h needs its snare back

2h had its snare taken away from stampede and it needs one back somewhere in the skill tree. It's now the only weapon tree, excluding resto, with no snare built in which doesn't seem right since uppercut can be difficult to land on mobile targets.
Also, only a couple classes have reliable snares built in to use with the 2h so relying on snares elsewhere is either limited or non existent.

Ban all snares, you have a gap closer for the speed differential and you run the same speed as the fleeing target0
