Does Quick Cloak give major evasion? I do not see it turning on even though it says it in the description....
All i see is
Quick Cloak (SHRAPNEL)
and
MAJOR EXPIDITION
THERE IS NO MAJOR EVASION!!
wth are the other sources of it?

That's what I am saying ZOS probably removed it and it went un noticed.. although in the first patch they said they were going to remove it...
then they put it on 2 hander... and then removed it...
now it's only for medium armor or sets?0 -

Better late then never. After I ran vMA again I though they ninja nerfed it as I took more damage than usual.
But maybe Quick Cloak's Major Evasion not showing was an bug with my addons, so I updated most of them (including combat metrics) but it still doesn't show up afterwards. Same with Minor Protection for FG's Ring of Preservation.
However, Ring's Protection shows in the in-game buff tracker while Cloak's Evasion still doesn't even come up there.
But Cloak seems to grant Evasion anyway. Quickly tested it with with a friend. You can see that the damage numbers go down by around 25% after Cloak is casted. You can also see that the buff doesn't show on the right. Maybe it's a general coding issue with DW Cloak since Major Evasion shows up anywhere when you cast e.g. Shuffle.

well thank goodness... it's funny because i tossed out my old bar setup and made a new one XD... I like this new one.. it feels cool..
If quick cloak is still giving major evasion..but not showing in buffs... well I can now remove that dumb medium armor one... which doesn't grant speed XD... even though it said it did....0 -
