(ESO, PS4, NA) Elsweyr Lootable Containers (Nightstands, Backpacks, etc) Going Elsewhere?!

Ever since the drop of Elsweyr I have issues where certain lootable containers will not load into the world... Like... At all. It's nearly always the two nightstands by the NPC's in the Rimmen bank (the ones by the guys sitting down, jotting notes). Now it's always either one or the other, but not on every log in. I feel as if it's always the one containing my fabled purple recipe (you know, the one I haven't gotten since Elsweyr's release...). I hate to get all conspiracy driven but I have to say the connection between my not getting single containers, only occasionally, and my not getting any new purple recipes. Almost as if the containers containing the goodies are just not loading....
Either way, conspiracy or not... Hope you guys fix this, because it's pretty annoying. Tbh, it just makes no sense

✭✭✭✭✭The house at the far end of the crafting area in Rimmen, I think it’s called Feziri’s House or something like that - there are two Khajiit urn containers outside the door just around the steps...most of the time. Sometimes there is only one and sometimes neither is present. It’s very odd.
In the house just north of the Rimmen Wayshrine, upstairs on a table there is a jewelry box. Only once have I seen that one missing. Can’t remember the npc’s name, but she is the one who goes upstairs and brushes the fur on her arm before going back downstairs.Khajiit Stamblade main
