Fun to see "nerf tears", still boring game without any HEAVY changes that could impact gameplay(like removing roll-dodge, buffing snipe by 400000%, basic dmg/mitigation changes like in morrowind ect.)
My character got really fun to play, as in, even more than before.

Edit: Based on the changes they are doing and including new stuff, what I wrote does not make much sense actually.
Is it best balance in PvP to attack(many DoT & light & spammable) the player over 28m away?
Melee build is like a stupid zombie that is shot with a gun in PvP.
ESO's PvP is like poor TPS, It's so trash.
