Maelstrom style page mechanics?

So what's the story on Maelstrom style pages? I think it is roughly

They are outfit styles that look big and Dwemerish.
All weapon kinds are available, including shields.
One way to get them during the event is via drops for completing Maelstrom Arena.
They are a guaranteed drop for VMA (correct?).
They are a non-guaranteed drop for regular-mode MA. People are complaining about the drop rate. (How low is it?)
They can also be bought from the Impresario for 5 event tickets each.
In all cases, they are bound on pickup (correct?).

How'm I doing?

You can sell motifs that you get through n(v)MA.
People say that in nMA the drop rate is 1 page per 4-5 runs.
In vMA you get a guaranteed drop.

Nope. Only those bought for event tickets at the Impresario are Bound on Pickup.

The ones dropping in nMA or vMA can be traded. Guild traders seem to offer a steady supply, albeit at quite high prices.

Prices is likely to go down as supply increases.

They price may drop a bit but considering the event length and the difficulty of obtaining I doubt they will ever be very low.

This is my experience in nMA, too ... 9 runs and 2 pages (22%).
