They have already indirectly nerfed Necro Bash on PC by nerfing Bash and SnB. Console have not received the update yet and will get it when Scalebreaker goes Live on the 27th.PS NA

I honesty don't know why they even touched WW I legit never even saw people run WW like that even after they buffed it, we had 1 troll group with HP WW and that was about it. And that lasted for only a few days or so.0
