What is offered this week?
The Golden vendor is a special vendor located in one of base camps for each faction in Cyrodiil that only appears on the weekend to sell monster sets that are obtained in the various group dungeons around Tamriel.

It's a dropped set there. But fairly worthless outside of some very off meta troll builds. Had fun with it and morihaus, roley poley knock 'em down and hit 'em from the side

(2 items) When you deal damage with a Light or Heavy Attack, you have a 10% chance to summon a fire breathing Daedroth for 15 seconds. The Daedroth's basic attacks deal 4257 Flame Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
sometimes it can almost be tougher to add health than magicka, but yeah, I've wondered the same thing cuz the damage is magicka based...
to be honest though, I don't wear it for it's usefulness...right now I got it on my stamden, who also wears unfathomable, it's got an easy enough proc...it's just a goof set for pvp...

for extra goofiness when on WW, pair it with ashens grip so you breath fire too XD3 -
