Hello everyone,

here's some question for the more lore-minded players in ESO.

I've been passing some time in vSS lately, as a tank and in particular in Nahviintaas fight there's a lot of dragon-tongue that actually "helps" you in the fight since he's basically telling you what he's about to do. I started then to wonder what he is actually saying with his Thu'ums.

1) After each add phase the False God says "Yol (fire) somethingelse" this something else might be "Strun" (storm) but i'm not rly sure 'bout it but "firestorm" makes sense.

2) When he applies the "mark of death" he clearly says something (rly dunno what here tho, if it were english I'd bet that he says "breach you out" but it's not english)

3) When he summons portals for DDs to go down he spells something else

4) When he's flying he says something then an AoE hits the arena. There's a cool sound (whooo!) after this triggered by the ability.

Has anyone tried to figure out what these words are and to figure out the meaning of em?

In Nahviintaas's fight, Marked for Death, Soul Tear, and the Time Slow shouts are the same as those used in Skyrim I believe, and according to UESP those shouts are:
    Marked for Death = Krii-Lun-Aus
    Soul Tear = Rii-Vaaz-Zol
    Slow Time = Tiid-Klo-Ul

I was able to get Tiid-Kro-Un for the portals, which would be “time sorcerer ours.” I may be off on Un, but it’s what I hear.

On 4, what kind of AoE hits? (It’s been a hot second since I’ve done sunspire)

    Also, neat thread!

I love these kind of threads. I wish ZOS could promote this kind of info or at least promote the comunity that has the knowledge or something lol

Been several times in vSS and decided to "necropost" myself

When he casts the big time-stop looking AoE that enrages/heals adds.

Those they are indeed! Thanks to you i'm the faster around in calling mechs in that fight

Also Lokkestiz and Yolnahkriin talks (mostly in english but they DO have some dragon shouts too):

    Lokkestiz while flying says:

"I'll shout you into dust..." follows a thuum causing a big AoE directed on a random player which has to get away from group and block

Might it be "Iiz Slen Us" (ice/flesh/statue)= ice form ?

    Yolnahkriin in flyphase:

"My rage only makes the flame burns hotter..."

then he covers all arena but the outer ring in flames

I would expect "Yol Toor Shul" here (fire/inferno/sun)= flame breath

but the way he spells those words tells me otherwise; he says something which looks like:

GAH - TO - NHAK (not actual dovahzul words, just to give you the idea of what i can hear out of it)
