Yes only double loot for the relevant quest rewards as I understand, the delve and WB quests and vMA chests.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

What about loot from plants, woods and other farming items in Wrothgar that isn't in certain areas like Delves and Dungeons? Don't they also give you double from what is normal during this event?

Not saying it should not, gold coast and hew bane give double from nodes and bonus motifs from delves.

However only the seasonal events like New life and jester give achievement since they have unique quests.
Not sure if witch mother give them.
