done 2 runs and now it doesnt reseting at all. waiting more than 20 mins no quest no entrance portal nothing wtf

Group someone and switch the group difficulty from vet to normal back to vet. Should fix it.0

Open up your Group Settings. There you can change the difficulty.
You don't have to actually join a group to change it. At least not on ps4.
But I think his/her problem is he/she can't pick up the quest.
That can only be 1 thing.
You still have the quest. Check your quest logPS4NA

Have you tried deleting the quest and picking it up again, or once you've completed then change the group difficulty to vet then back to normal (or the other way if you're wanting to do vet)? This sounds more like a user error, but then again it's possible there is another small bug rolling around.0 -
