Are some base dungeon bosses bugged more than usual?

Kra'gh in FG I never used the AoE
High Kinlord Rilis wasn't using soulblast
Duneripper never burrowed underground
Uulkar the Lich never did his stun and Deaths Leviathan never lit himself on fire and his AoE did no damage (to be fair he's always buggy af)
There were all on Vet and HM on at the end. Also, i've been with players who are getting no death achieves when they did actually die to an enemy, specifically in Darkshade I and II on characters that had never been in there before.

The bosses in Arx Corinium reset 3-4 times at the start of each fight.
Some the vet achievements for VoM are bugged. Sometimes you dont get the clear or no death.
Various dungeons give the no death when people did die.2 -

✭BC1 vet achiev bugged for ages (won't tick off one of the bosses) has been reported multiple times.
CoH boss that charges himself (and anyone else) into a wall whereupon the person in the wall is stuck xD
unattackable mob in the wall in ER
among others (didn't make a list)
PS: that floating flower in Craglorn ~ still there LOL

DLM✭✭✭✭✭Selene's Web. Selene fight, during the second phase after her transformation: no adds at all for the whole fight.0
