make this a 3rd infection type and have it allow both vampirism and lycanthropy with fewer benefits and more drawbacks to those skill lines if u have become peryite's afflicted to sorta balance it out and have the main benefit of being one of peryite's afflicted is being able to be a vampire and lycanthrope at the same time and spew vile vapor and use magic similar to vile vapor(acid based magic)
