Delay in ad spawns, pummeling Goliath Zergs

On ps4 NA the lag in any pve content (the whole game lets be honest) is insane. The adds, bosses and mechanics spawn so late that half the time they are dead before you can actually see them.
I tried to tabk vet scalecaller and we couldn’t beat first boss because no animation would show for me. Even when I closed app etc
I’m curious how this next dlc is two new dungeons and you can’t even do current pve. Anyone going to acknowledge this orrrr?
Pvp is insanely laggy and filled with broken bash builds. Then you go to do pve and nothing spawns in. Is this going to be addressed at all?
