Is it true that this spell only gives back mana if the target is at less than 50% health AFTER the heal is finished?

If so is this a bug or working as intended, because the tooltip suggests that you get mana regen for healing targets with less than 50% health.

Yes it is- so what I heard was that the mana regen only kicks in if the target is still under 50% hp after you heal them, I want to confirm if this is correct or misinformation.

If you scroll to the bottom someone testing this said it only works around 20-25%. Which would suggest maybe the mana regent does only kick in after they are healed and still under 50%

I just tested it with an addon that shows figures for all the damage/heals/magicka gains etc.

The skill does not give regen when healing a target under 50% as the tooltip says so it must be a bug.

I cannot determine whether I was getting magicka regen after falling below 20-25% or whether I was getting the regen when I healed but remained under 50% health following the heal.

I think this is a significant bug for a Templar considering it had the class magicka regen passive heavily nerfed in beta.
