Random Freezing

I'm using Windows 7 on a very powerful gaming PC with all my drivers up to date and randomly, it doesn't matter what I'm doing in-game but as long as I'm in-game, the screen will go completely white. While this is happening, I can hear the ambient sounds in the world and my cursor displays as loading. If I click the mouse, a box pops up and says that ESO is not responding and I can either close the program or wait for it to respond. I have broadband internet and someone in my house is always on Netflix, so could that be a problem? Sometimes it won't happen for half an hour to and hour, sometimes it's within a few minutes of logging in and even mere seconds. I can play without any problems and hardly any lag until it happens, so I'm very confused. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem, mine clears up within a few seconds and only sometimes gets to the loading icon for my mouse. I honestly have no idea what causes it.

Hey Creactus, I seemed to have solved the issue. After repairing my installation and trying out every fix you can find from googling the issue, I ended up doing something I didn't want to... I turned the graphics settings down to "low" and it works great now lol. Looks like crap but runs wonderfully.
