Bound gear cannot be sold or traded. That is what bound means.

I decided it would be more of a challenge ...

this is part of that "challenge" that you wanted and were looking for.
to now get all of that gear all over again, because your now on a new account.

You could try contacting support but as far as I know it's impossible. Why do you need to do that in the first place?

This is hard to explain. I played ESO for many years. Leveled my characters to 50+. My sorceress had all the best gear. I stopped playing after Morrowind.

Then, with this new release, and a Necromancer, I wanted to play again, but I decided it would be more of a challenge to start as a newbie, so I made a new account. And then I realized how good it would be to have all that gear for when I leveled up.

But, I guess I'll just have to earn it all again.

Why not just play on your old account?

Why not just play on your old account?
Good question, no issue creating new character on it
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Log on with your sorc on your old account.
    Bank her gear.
Create a necro on that same account..
Go to the bank with your necro.
    Withdraw the banked gear.

the best you can do is deconstruct it. or maybe use it for research.

bound gear can not be sold or traded.

Yes, I should have kept my old account. But, I put Elsweyr on my new account. Perhaps I should see if I can switch Elsweyr to my old account, then. But, sigh, I've already switched all my equipment (not bound) to my new account.

To be more clear on why I did this, I had given my old account to my son, who wanted to try out ESO. Then he decided he wanted to start a new account because I had too much stuff on my old account. I then switched back the account to myself to get all that stuff to my new account.

    Confusing, isn't it? LOL
