Trainerdc✭✭If you are in the Aldmeri dominion I would sugest you to go to the starting island. There are tons of runes you can find, and after a while you will have enough to just casualy walk around other places and add them to your collection. Also when you get a hireling it will help you get runes every 24 hours."You are far too hard on yourself, my dear, sweet, homicidally insane Pelagius. What would the people do without you? Dance? Eps✭✭Best place to start collecting runes in Daggerfall Covenant is on Stros'M'Kai. The western part of that island has a lot of rune spawn locations.2

Bluntski✭✭Run public dungeons and farm them. You will get most of your runes from breaking these down. Think of the ones that spawn in the world as a bonus.1
