Download Time is Ridiculous
I just bought the Imperial Edition of ESO and begin downloading the Mac client at approximately 2:30 pm EST today. Its nearly 8:45 pm, and the client is only 24% downloaded. This is ridiculous. My internet is moderatly quick, and I remember when I used to play WoW. Not only could I play the game within 2 hours tops from the original client download, but I could play the game while the download continued. This is a big issue for me, and I would guess for other uses. This game made me want to play an MMO again. It better be good, or I just wasted 80 bucks.

Moonraker✭✭✭✭@dragonsirr It can vary depending on connection to the source data (mostly it is via their CDN digital distribution provider like Akamai) and any throttling that your ID=SP may have in place etc.
I find it is slow sometimes but either relaunching or trying after some time it is back to normal.
There are some other things you can try also on this thread.
