Tree, Rooted Ashland (misspriced?)

When working on my Ashlander camp I started to buy the necessary and I realize that the "Tree, Rooted Ashland" was 40,000 gold.
This price looked a bit exaggerated to me in comparison to other similar trees in the game so I looked a bit to see if I was just me being a little bit "stingy".

And looking at the prices in gold and in crowns I realize that yes there's a huge incoherence in this subject.

Tree, Rooted Ashland = 40,000 gold or 70 Crowns
Sapling, Forked Ashland = 205 gold or 60 crowns

to compare

Tree, Tiered White Cherry = 25,000 gold or 290 crowns

this is weird right? Or maybe there's a logic and I just didn't understand it...
Why does the "Tree, Rooted Ashland" cost 40k gold????
Does the "Tree, Rooted Cedar" (50k) actually suffer from the same mistake?

Is this a conspiracy from house Redoran to boycott the Ashlanders even more? So many questions...

You are comparing a purple quality to a green quality if I have gleamed the information from your SS properly and that alone should be an indicator. There does seem to be more detail on the rooted tree and it appears much larger based on the size of the tiles. Heck, even the name differenced indicates a size difference.

Does seem rather expensive for what it is.

His specific issue is that it is far more gold compared with the Crown price than, say, the large cherry trees (which are also purple quality).

He should probably have chosen the Pink, or Light, Tiered Cherry Trees to compare it to, as they are a taller model (for some unknown reason...) than the White.

The Tiered White Cherry isn't, in fact, tiered at all - but, let's not get into that here, lol.

Well, the issue is not really the comparison between the "green" and the "purple" item... I only use the White cherry as an example to illustrate the weird ratio between crown and gold prices.

So even if I remove the white cherry tree from that comparison it's still (Maths):

    Nothing looks weird here?

Tree, Rooted Ashland is = 571,43 Gold/ Crown
    Sapling, Forked Ashland = 3.41 Gold/ Crown
    Tree, Tiered White Cherry= 86, 2 Gold /Crown

So I understand that Purple would have a higher price but 571,43 Gold/crown is actually the most expensive tree in the game!!!!!! and what is the reason for that? (no animation, smaller than most of the other "big trees", no special textures, nothing) I just want to understand...

Any price between 60-100 Gold/crown for "Tree, Rooted Ashland " would make sense... Why 571???? 40.000 K gold for that tree. Even the huge mushrooms cost 25.000 Gold... Why 40k? that's what I'd like to know.

NO other tree in the game has such a high price compared to what it is...
