What it says on the tin : does the Hurricane DoT benefit from the Thaumaturge CP passive (under the Ritual) ?

And also the mighty CP star since it’s physical damage.

Put 37 pts into mighty always if you are a high enough CP to spare those. Beyond that it’s not worth it but it is always worth it to have that amount.

Dont boost it too much as there are diminishing returns, so there come a point where boosting it further is a waste of Champon Points. 56 is a pretty decent number. as i think it equals 19 or 20% (not 100% sure)

Each Champion skill has different percentages that it reaches i believe Thaum maxes out at 25% where Mighty is 15%

Uh, didn't know that. Is there a site where I can check how far I should go (on a ratio point/benefit) in each Champion skill ?

There is... somewhere lol. I would suggest visiting Alcast to get some starter tips. He has lots of information on his site to help.

Also if you also don’t know, you have to go to the next decimal point over to get that percent. So for example if you want 20% you need to put one extra point so that it reads 20.15% or whatever the next interval is. If you want 15% many stars will go to 15.1%. If you leave it at 15% or 20% if will round down to 14% or 19%.

Why would it? Bosses do not have resources to reduce.

    Don't they have health/stamina/magicka regeneration though ?

They don't have finite stamina or magicka, and the healing mechanics have to be interrupted. So it would do nothing in PvE.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand. for example, the Troll King from the Blessed Crucible regenerates its health. Shouldn't Siphoner slow it down ?

Huh? By that logic maxing something out at 25% means it will only ever be at 24%.

I was always under the impression that anything between percentages always reverts to the lowest whole number (i.e. 23.05, 23.50, 23.75 all still equal 23).

Old thread but cant help to answer since i know the answer^^ (here here, me, me in school) Thats called jump points and is only effective for certain numbers and certain trees. Check eso cp jump points in google and u will end up at alcast hq where he has a chart for this, with explenations.
