Has mending been nerfed with elsweyr patch

I was on my healer today in a vet trial today and switching sets to help out the other healer when told not to wear mending because it a useless set now since the last patch . Has it been nerfed if so when and how ??

I don't think it's been nerfed yet or anything. It might just be because healing springs is gonna be different after the next patch, but even now I rarely use mending. It's usually better to buff the team instead of maim the enemy, after all.

It hasnt been nerfed, its still as it was before.

1. It only Mitigates Dmg from Targets u can apply it to.
2. It DOES NOT bring down enviromental/Mechanic dmg at all.
3. Proc Conditions kinda suck.
4. Duration could be an issue if used with springs (its only 3 secs while springs is 8) wich means u spam springs every 3 sec
5. u Gotta stand close (10 meters at last) to the target to make it apply.
6. U "waste"(to a certain extent) a 5 piece Set.
7. Positive is, u can pair it up with Nightblades Power Extraction to reduce dmg even further.

So we need to test if its worth it, or not.

I think it'll still be worth it with combat prayer spam.
