Hello!
I have several questions:
1. Which addon manager is better for ESO? Minion or Twitch?
2. The items “Treasure Map” marks the treasure on the world map or is it just a visual hint?
3. Questing in several DLCs give new combat skills
4. What does the red arrow sign mean below? It usually appears in cities.
5. Why do I always have to relog if I buy items from guild vendors?
6. Where can I find the best guild vendors?
7. How long are queue times for a random dungeon as a DPS?
8. What’s the best way to complete a set of gear?
9. How do I know what's "The dungeon of the day"?

2. Its a hint but you can use this addon to show n X on the map of its location
3. Not 100% sure what you mean by this but the Dark Brotherhood lets you use the Blade of Woe
4. Again not sure, A quest marker maybe
5. Yeah this is a pain, travel to a different zone always works, somethime you get the items right away
6. In any major city, Rawl'kha in Reapers for AD ( sorry only one I know ) or Belkarth in Craglorn
7. Pff LFG is Broken so no one can really say, minutes, days weeks ?
8. 5/5/2 5 body parts ( minus Head/Shoulder if you go for Monster set ) 3 Jewelry and weapons
9. Again I'm not sure, can visit the Undaunted NPCs and they should have a quest to complete that days delve

✭✭✭✭3. Psijiic questlines opens new skills, some are combat.
5 technically you don't have to. its on a timer though. if you go do something after buying eventually you will hear the mail bell. It's just faster to trigger it by leaving the area - meaning zone - through a wayshrine or entering a dungeon or the outlaw hideout, etc.

If I use an XP scroll and I am waiting for a dungeon run, does the XP scroll "freeze" the remainng time? What if I use a one hour XP scroll and the waiting time is like 35 minutes?

Wait until you start the dungeon, as long as you are logged in, the timer on scrolls runs.
