[Target] Hp % and nothing else

Hi all,
I'm having trouble finding an addos which fits my needs perfectly.
What I need is the % of the target health bar, without number, without flashing color or everythuing else that isn't in TESO style.
I tried FTC and WarLegendHUD but nothing was even near what I'm looking for.
Yesterday I was installing ZAM BuffDisplay and I noticed the screenshot for that Addon.
It shows the buff/debuff but in the screenshot you can see also the % bar on the target which is not given by that addon but from another one that I must discover the name!
