Is it possible to change your @name?

I'm wondering if its possible to change your @name?
If so, how? And what are the repercussions, particularly if you have a personal guild.

well, ZOS can change it, they do if people find yours "offensive" or something, so just make a bunch of people report your name, other than that im not aware of any way to change it. have you tried your account page on the official site?

Yes, it is possible and I've done it before. You got to Account > Edit Account Info > USERID. There are no technical repercussions, though you're gonna have to inform people that you changed your name, obviously.

Note: according to the patch notes, changing your username will not circumvent any guild bans you might have.

If you want to change your forum name, I recall you have to post a message and ask a ZOS mod to change it.

Also, changing your username will cause character data saved by addons to be lost.

Account > User ID > Edit

You are still linked to whatever you were in-game, such as ignores and guild rosters.
