Would have said comeback... but its always been poop. but on stam NB with no AOE attacks and with the new single target vigor stack that with major evasion and you're beefy.. will have to test. has anyone so far?

Leki’s doesn’t give a named buff IIRC. Reduces AOEs taken and reduces your own AOE abilities by 20 or 25%.Why use it, when you have Mirage and can activate your 7th Legion back bar with that?- PC/NA

Your information is out of date. Leki's was changed to Major Evasion some time ago, making it quite useless. I haven't the in-game description handy, but if you look at this:
