VaIerius✭✭✭It is indeed of Akaviri origin. The Tsaesci Dragonguard served as bodyguards to Emperor Reman I and his descendants. After Emperor Kastav was deposed due to his incompetency, he was exiled to Black Marsh. Based on his epitaph, it seems he took his Honor Guard with him, hence why the motif can be found at Blackrose Prison.
