Silence on incap. strike isnt weak, because that silence can be applied without any visual clue. Then you can have incap on yourself, unable to use skills, but thinking it is just server lag - because you cannot use your skills
Stun there was better than silence. But stun isnt nearly as OP as major defile on incap. Why they should boost your damage AND also reduce enemy healing with one ultimate?
This ultimate is overbuffed enought now (though onslaught is superior to it) with -
Rewources while slotted
Damage equal to dawnbreaker
Silence for 120cost
+20% damage while used
Agree, the silence is just way too polarising. When you're fighting a magicka player, it can sometimes be insanely good, since they may not notice that they've been silenced until its too late, and they're already in execute range. When you're fighting a stamina player, it's borderline useless, you're just throwing free CC immunity at them.
Either put the stun back on it, or put the Defile back on it, it's borderline not worth slotting anymore over DBoS.

Also, if they were to remove all other effects, they will have to either reduce ulti cost, or buff the dmg.
