First point:
If an enemy is inelligible of being healed by this skill, it should not charge you with ticks of health.
i.e. the teammate around the corner that you don't know is using Mist Form but their health is low and you are trying to heal them.
Second point:
If you are negated, you should still be able to use Healthy Offering as it uses the NBs Health pool.

✭✭✭✭✭i think one of the skills should be reworked, the standard one...they are too similar, not enough differentiation imo...
maybe add some other bonus to the other one like minor courage or something... but i think 2 morphs of a skill should feature stronger differentiators...otherwise they seem like wasted opportunities1
