Voice Chat Glitch - PS4

Can anyone point me out how can I fix this madness of disappearing voice chat? Ive been stuck without it for a week now, this is getting to the point I cant join hard content because im unable to eve hear instructions.
INB4, I already did the following:
-Log Another Toon
-Try google DNS
-Delte the save game like 20 times already

✭✭Good luck with that. I haven't had chat in weeks no matter what I do. I know we are far from being alone in this. I run into at least one group a day that uses PSN party chat instead because chat is broken in game. Sorry to say but I don't think ZOS gives a sh*t about it.1 -

✭✭✭✭This happens on Xbox too. Most people just use party chat instead because it’s more reliable. It would be nice to not have to have parties of 20+ people and use the channels in game instead as designed1 -

Honestly the top section is complicated so I would try the steps further down first. Opening ports on the router should be a last resort, since I believe 90% of the PS4 population gets by just fine without doing that.
These two settings are worth checking though:
-Set the MTU Settings to Automatic.
-Set the Proxy Server to None.PS4NA0 -
