How to play non-Faction Dungeons you missed?

Hello,
I had trouble with the Spindleclutch quest due to the First Cave refusing to clear. I put it aside intending to return to it later. Once I decided to try it again, it no longer showed in Group Finder tool. Now it only showed Level 20-23 dungeons, which are a bit too tough for me at this point. I was eventually able to do the Spindleclutch quest by standing outside the dungeon and grouping with other random people milling about. However, I cannot stand outside Fungal Grotto or Banished Cells because they are not in my faction. I think l need a group already assembled and then we teleport directly inside the dungeon. But it is hard to form a group with those dungeons not in the Group Finder tool.
Has anyone else found a good solution for this?

I need an answer to this. The Group Tool only shows 20-23 now. I need Spindelclutch and Banished Cells. With all the bugged and broken quests, this is an issue that has to plague a large number of players. Why does this tool limit what I can search for anyway? This is not helpful. The filter should be removed and more time should be spent fixing grouping so there is clear leadership that does not drop arbitrarily if you are going to limit group tool functions to leaders, etc. This tool can be awesome, it's crap at the moment.

They don't want you completely outleveling the content and carrying the group.

You'll be able to go back at Veteran Ranks.

I've been wondering about this aswell, so it's entirely possible to run the entirety of the other factions content at veteran levels?

I'm really confused by some of the mechanics in this game, veteran levels being one of them - how does it work and why would being of veteran rank allow you to run lower level dungeons? I don't understand.

Which makes almost no sense at all.

Like he said , i also had this problem , but with dungeons of my on faction , honestly if the dungeon did not have a skill point/quest in it , i would not care at all about it , but since it does , i forced myself to complete them.

I just formed a group and went for it , yeah , i outleved the content , but all i had to do was form a group manually in zone chat.

This is pretty normal in games with dungeon finder type tools - they are limited to a level range to prevent high levels from overpowering everything and making it trivial for the people using the tool. You can still do this of course, you just have to do it the 'old fashioned' way.

each dungeon has a quest that reward skill point..

if we finish the quest at lower level, going back to the same dungeon at veteran rank, will there be new quest that reward skill point?

or is it 1 quest per dungeon veteran or non veteran?

I'm pretty sure once you run a dungeon you can see the other dungeons of the same level on the the world map and travel to them using the wayshrine system.

Just go to a level appropriate area, use zone chat to look for group and then travel to the dungeon using the world map (or one of the level appropriate people who already travelled there).
