No offense man, but this has been a meta choice since proc set nerfs and I don't think it's worth the effort of making a video for. Try getting on PTS or build editor, Spriggan's is still a pretty staple set; but there are some really nice consumable/secondary set choices worth looking at. There are ways around the loss of major fracture via things like major defile/minor defile and yes; proc sets. Also, according to Sniker ESO the minor vulnerability on ambush is stronger than the pen from major fracture. Just my opinion from hours spent testing on PTS and messing around on the build editor.

"I don't think it's worth the effort of making a video for." Its more so for newer players who ask "hi im new to eso and want to pvp as a stamnb what sets you recommend?" Like i said in the video im sure most vets have heard of this set up, and its still fantastic.
