Race and Attrib for DPS DK and Warden?

puddle

Which race would you say is the most beneficial for a dps DK and a dps Warden and would you go stam or mag for the best dps in both pvp and pve? Is there even a single choice for both pve and pvp dps spec for those classes?

    You will get multiple different answers for different reasons.
    Learn the game, learn how you like to play, watch a few build vids and make your own decision.

    More entertaining trust me.

    Go with dark elf for both. That way you can do solid damage but switch between stamina or magicka without too much having to do a race change each time.

    i say go orc for the dk, orcs make great tanks too. then go wood elf archer for the warden, nothing is cuter then a bowden archer.

    As pod88k wrote, go for dark elf on both. They are a great race to go for if you're uncertain, they work well in both PvE and PvP and the best part is that you can switch between mag and Stam if you're uncertain how you want to play the classes. Dark elf is my favorite PvP race because of the nice buff to weapon and spell damage, you get 1850 of both resources which comes in handy for both mag and Stam builds, they also get flame resistance which helps a bit since flame damage is quite common in PvP and will probably be more common after the next patch when necros and wardens can't use shock clench to stun and have to go for flame clench for the stun.

    & Increases your Flame Resistance by 2310. Gain immunity to the Burning status effect.

    Thank you all for the replies, I appreciate it a lot and I will probably settle for Dark Elf.

    I made my own little guide to race selection based on what I read in the forums and during googling the topic. Keep in mind that I am a new player so this list is based on my research, this might be very very different based on experience...:

    Race selection:

    Nightblade:
    - stamblade: Orc (crit build -> Khajiit)
    - magblade: Breton (susatain) / Altmer (more dps?)

    Sorceress:
    - magsorc: Breton (sustain + healer setup) / Altmer (summoner + more dps?)
    - stamsorc: Orc

    Templar:
    - magplar: Altmer (dps) / Breton (healer, sustain)
    - stamplar: Orc
    - tank templar: Nord

    Dragon Knight:
    - magdk: Breton (healer and dps, sustain) / Altmer
    - stamdk: Orc / Redguard / Nord (pvp)
    - tank: Nord

    Warden:
    - magden: Breton (dps, sustain, healer) /
    - stamden: Orc
    - tank: Nord (fast ulti regen) / Argonian (best sustain)

    Necromancer:
    - magicka: Breton (dps, sustain, healer)
    - stamina: Orc / Nord
    - tank: Nord (fast ulti regen) / Argonian (best sustain)

    Hybrid setups:
    - Dark Elf (can switch between magicka and stamina)

    Go Orc for both. Both MagDk and MagWarden arent in a very good spot right now in PvE. Orc is definetly the best race for every PvE Stamsetup and at least good in PvP.

    For stam
    Redgaurd / woodelf= sustain
    Orc / darkelf = raw damge
    Imperial = extra resources
    Nord = tankiness

    For mag
    Breton = sustain
    High elf / dark elf = raw damage

    Cats and lizards can go both mag and stam way if you're into them.
