Wow what a snide comment... unpopular opinion but it would actually surprise you that meta's on console evolve much more rapidly than on PC. PC players are often stuck using age old setups, more commonly PC EU.2 -

Sometimes players just don't care ... as if posting in General Discussion will get more traction than posting it in the PvP forums (where other PvP players are searching for builds).

Even more if you count the Necro builds. It kind of defeats the purpose of giving the build a name at all as it doesn't get any more recognizable. As an example, if you said "Ignition Sorc" I'd immediately know what build you are talking about, because there isn't 10 other "Ignition Sorcs" out there.This Bosmer was tortured to death. Everything old is new again! We have a lot of new players coming in from different games, and yes vet players know this set up this is more for the newer guys who the vets probably overlook because its so old.1
