Kaliqo✭Ok, I am having weird issues. Everytime I check "opt in for communications from Bethesda" it's fine until I log out. When I log back in it is unchecked again. I am trying to make a ticket however, it will not let me log in to the support site to make a ticket. Anyone else with this issue?
Update: I just tried again, everything saves fine but as soon as I log out it pops up asking to verify my email and of course by that point I am logged out and it refreshed the page.
Update 2: Now I received an email, takes me to Bethesda's site and then says it can not opt me in for marketing communications...
Update 3: I got the code. Found I had to accept market opt in on my ESO account and Bethesda account and keep my Bethesda account logged in, wait for the verification email, accept it and then it went through.Edited by Kaliqo on July 17, 2019 1:00PM0 -
