Viability of a Stamcro without any bow?

So the new scalebreaker changes have got me thinking, and I thought it would be fun to start building a 2H frontbar / DW backbar StamCro. Would be this any good? What would the abilities and gear be like?

Xogath✭✭✭The 2H/DW builds utilizing Maelstrom weapons are, currently, extremely competitive.
How Stamina Necromancers are parsing while using such builds I do not know (Stamsorc and StamDK are both doing very well with the builds, at 86-98k on a trial dummy, IIRC), but I'm going to find out how well it works on mine as soon as U23 drops because I already have all the Maelstrom weapons to make it work.
If I like it, then I may actually use it for the sake of having a viable option that isn't Bow. I like my Maelstrom Bow, but it always killed me how Stamina was cornholed in to a Bow backbar all these years.
Then again, if it does start doing well, I bet it'll also see nerfs.1
