With three chapters out now (Morrowind, Summerset and Elswyr), is it time to give us a choice where we want to start with a new character? I started out with MW so have never had a character start straight in on the base game. Then I got Summerset and have not had the chance to start in MW since. I've yet to get Elswyr (which leads to another question in a moment*), but presumably once I do every new character will start there.

I know the other starting locations are only a boat ride or a wayshrine jump away, but would it be too difficult to give us a choice.

*Second question. I have ESO+ so have access to the DLCs and have done Abnur Tharn's Big Bad Weapon of Doom!!!! quest (or whatever it was called) and been to the Halls of Colossus(?) Is that it for dragons until I get Elswyr or are there more quests in what I presume is the Wrathstone DLC?

I've been taking a break for a while and I come back and there's all this new stuff to fathom out.
