Class Skill line experience gain bugged in PVP (under 50 only ?)

Hello everyone,
I recently opened this topic https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/483546/my-templar-is-stuck-at-lvl-28-in-the-class-skill-line-restoring-light#latest in which I reported that one of my characters got rolled back 4 times in one of his class skill line (Templar - Restoring light- unable to unlock his cleanse :'( ) while playing in PVP campaign under 50.
It happened also to one other character, in the same conditions : successive roll back on 2 class skill lines in PVP campaign under 50. And same for a friend of mine.
After contact with the support, they admit that they're is something broken here but can't fix it at their level. It's now been taken to another technical team.
So, if you experience the same problem, please report so they get more information about this.
Playing in PVP under 50 is a lot of preparation and involvement for those among us who really chose to play in this campaign only. And now our characters are broken because of this bug sadly. :-(

✭Sounds pretty bad, Not to be able to get ur required skills in lowlvl.
Even though i have never experienced anything like that despite playing lowbie PVP for 2yrs + now.
I suppose u have a Skill of that line on ur skillbar??

Eyllora✭✭✭Thanks for you kind message Jierdanit :-) I've been playing in low level PVP for 2 years also, maybe we already met or fought there :-)
Yes, I have skills of this line on my bar. It's even been a line that I've prioritized while leveling for a while, in order to unlock the cleanse. It should have been unlocked weeks ago.
The experience loss can happen while playing, or when I log back to a character : he comes back with less experience that he had when I last log in.
For exemple, for my necromancer yesterday :
Class skill line 1 lvl 31 From 15 332 to 12968
Class skill line 2 Lvl 31 not affected
Class skill line 3 level 23 From 7296 to 4510
On my templar, I'm gonna go read bookshelves out of Cyro hoping that the 5 points he'll get in his skill lines won't be affected by the bug. My only hope to finally get my cleanse.0
