New experiment: what can 4 Stamblades do in bg when they are synchronized

    Cloak.

Do you really think that gilam will nerf the class he's playing
Stamblade will always rule since every dev and combat mechanics team is playing them.

Yeah i know, but the dev teams change.

The 1st day this happens, ... id be afraid if i was playing stamina nightblade then.

    No way :D

Devs and team never change at Zenimax.

That's why nightblade will always be the best everywhere.

I've found a substitute to my magsorc as sniping and hiding is much more fun than Shields and Mage's wrath.

i'm starting to hate templar because of his jabs as they got me out of stealth. But since they are weak i only have to fear them and back again in stealth.

If only dk wings still would reflect.. but nope. Have to make game simple for the simple folks who play with 1 button, spamming snipe.

Things like Wings were one thing that kept playstyle like this in check.. but seems people want to play simple ranged pew pew with 1 or 2 buttons.

So OP experimented to prove what we already know. When an organized group focuses the same targets they die fast and it proves to be a very successful way to kill the opposition.

Unless one of those teams was a similarly matched premade group of sorcs on comms then it does not show what OP thinks it does. Only shows what we have known for ages.

I get the point, it's strong and you get a laugh because you get to farm salty whispers.

    But did you get mine?
There have been co-ordinated ganks using bow attacks since beginning, so not exactly "new'.
You get to upset ppl from behind the safety of the internet for personal amusement..

Congrats.. you are a revolutionary and a great human being. That was 'my' point.

Instead other mmo like wow, cloak is spammable (no cooldown or anything). So don't expect any Nightblade to give up on and fight you on the open.

    I know, hence my point!

Its like training wheels. The best nb's who I have fought don't use cloak, but they know how to play and realise what cloak truly does and why it makes the game too easy and needs a change.

I've mostly seen magblades and sorc complaining about wings. Not really any stam nightblades. StamBlades tend to be a little more choosy about thier targets.

Yes, that's gotta be it and not the fact that sorcs' and magblades' burst combos were completely reflectable by old wings, making any reasonable magDK unkillable against 2/5 magicka specs.

It's a different style of nightblade... stamblades running more resists and hots... stacking bleeds and then knocking you out...

I've got a tanky build for my magblade too with no cloak (27k resists in LA, + 10% mitigation from Buffer of the Swift + 15% from merciless stack + 3.5k crit resists + dampen magic + potentially another 30% from Pirate Skelly + )... ultis were hitting for low 4 figures...

The only difference to the outcome is that you is that you can see me the whole time.. and the fight is slightly longer because i have sacrificed damage for survivability... and it was less exciting... much for fun to dip in an out of cloak with 15k resists, trying to stay alive, while wearing you down.. then drop the hammer... since we have no front load burst..

Tell me what class/build you play and I'll point out your 'training wheels'.. because every class/build crutches on something that is annoying to other players...and seems like easy mode..

mDKs have fossilize and whip spam... Templars it's jabs, bubble and jesus beam, mag sorcs have fury spam, wards and pets (for now), stamden have their cheese shalks, db, spin 2 win combo, some of them share permafrost crutch with magdens... who use the lighting reach/clench spam cheese... or ice blockade cheese and on and on...

People just hate not being able to see... cloak if you actually use it, is not an I WIN button.. so much stuff breaks it easily...

This is now a nerf cloak thread.

Please someone get on a premade with 4 Dks so they can just delete the class already lol

4 Templar, 4 Sorc zoos, 4 warden, it literally doesn’t matter. Anything coordinated beats solo players every day.

No this wont work with 4 players with same class. Because with stamblades you can easily focus the same player and hit him 4 times with snipe at the same time without him to notice.

Any player will just move away when he see 4 players coming to wreck him. But he can't see nightblades in cloak. And that's when the fun is.

Anyway this isn't by any matter a nerf cloak thread as I really like nightblade and don't want cloak nerfed.

I play them all, they all have strong areas and cheesy things but with how you can chain together such high damage from a no risk place and keep resetting over and over until rng gives you that crit burst, this makes it the 'go to' for average troll players who want to look better than they are.

Cloak is the one skill that needs changing (not nerfing) and the one skill crutch lovers cry over. I have 2 fully levelled and geared slightly different stamblades and 1 magblade I can go and cloak and troll anytime I wanna be an ass but im more interested in making the game better as a whole.

Ive used it and when you really know how to use it, it gets boring because its too easy I stopped using it because I like challenges so I am currently trying to get magcro working in a way im happy with.

But if you like playing with cloak how it is that's cool, have fun. But you know deep down it needs a rework.

I don't think that all Nightbalde improvements were due to hazard.

May are complaining but every time Nightblade get something nerfed (most of the time useless skills) he got better buff somewhere.

Guess I haven't got good enough to the point of it making things too easy.. or I haven't built it right, but I also have Aussie latency which might negate the advantage is brings, especially in cyrodiil... (250-280 in BGs, Cyro anything from 250 upwards to nothing moves and disconnect)...

I could swap to no cloak and higher survival, but I like having the option of swapping to a bomber setup...

He’s already nerfed it. No defile on incap, no fracture on surprise attack, no minor berserk. Nightblade is a shadow of what it used to be. It’s not a bad class by any means but it’s definitely a lot more watered down now.
