The question says it all : does anyone know what's next after TG&DB anniversary event ? When and how do we carry on with the indriks ? Have I missed an announcement ? I know MidYear Mayhem was cancelled/postponed... but what now... ?

    Oh ! Thanks a lot ! Hadn't seen that thread. While it doesn't give anything official, it provides comprehensive insight as to what to expect, and potentially when.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno ... anything official ?

    Thanks again ! :-)

    Or at least an official announcement of when an official announcement on the next one can be expected?

    During the Elsweyr PTS cycle, we had several events to try out. The Dungeon Event in 5.0.1, the Midyear Mayhem event in 5.0.2, and the Osinium Celebration Event in 5.0.3.

    The Midyear Mayhem was changed to the Thieves Guild & Dark Brotherhood event so that was our first event. But since all 4 Onyx Indrik berries will have to come during this quarter (we had one berry from TG&DB thus far), we still need 3 events. Two are nearly certainly the Dungeon Event and Orsinium.

    As for the fourth event and the fourth berry, they could make one of the events run for longer (like we had the Anniversary event run for an entire quarter and for all four Luminous berries), or they could hold another older event with no changes (since we only tested three events on the PTS any fourth event will be likely just an unchanged copy-paste from its previous iteration just like the TG&DB event was).

    Also, just a side note, but we are in Q2, not Q3. 'ESO’s next DLC game pack, Scalebreaker, is set to arrive in Q3'. The Q3 events are actually the upcoming ones that are currently tested on the 5.1.x PTS (e.g. the updated Witches Festival).

    @bluebird

    Thanks for the insight from PTS.

    I agree with everything you said - except the Q2 vs. Q3 thing. We are in Q3. "Q" stands for "Quarter" and quarters follow our RL calendar.
    Gina said specifically that the anniversary event was the only event for Q2. Also, the TG/DB event featured the Q3 indrik berries (Onyx). We're in Q3 since july 1st and until sept. 30th. Which is why I wonder about the schedule, consider there are only 12-14 weeks in a quarter and only 9/10 weeks left for Q3.

    Scalebreaker will be launched on live sometime in August - that will still be Q3. Witches festival (which is the Tamriel equivalent for Halloween) is definitely a Q4 event.

    Oh, huh, I guess we are. Makes very little sense then seeing how it doesn't line up with ESO's release schedule and how their 'Q3 DLC' will run during Q4, and how the Q4 DLC will run nearly till the end of Q1 (Murkmire lasted until March 12th officially), so lol :smiley: Release-based statistics would probably give more useful data than calendar-based ones; I can't imagine how a 'successful Q4' for instance would be particularly informative since it apparently encompasses a huge chunk of Scalebreaker as well as the initial 2 months of Dragonhold... surely seeing the numbers of the 'Elsweyr quarter' 'Scalebreaker quarter' 'Dragonhold quarter' would be more transparent and helpful *shrug*.
