✭i agree it would be nice to have an instant rez but it has to be different, and i suppose weaker than the necro's.

✭Undaunted Celebration:
Summons an overflowing keg of mead, healing you and your allies in the area by x health every 0.5s, enemies standing in the area are slowed by 70% for 3 seconds.
Allies in the Area can activate the Undaunted synergy, granting them a x damage shield for 10 seconds, and major protection for 3 seconds.
Undaunted Bravery:
The synergy grants an extra 20% healing taken bonus for 10 seconds.
Undaunted Assault:
The synergy no longer grants major protection, instead, deals x damage over 5 seconds in a 8 meter radius. Enemies affected take a 10% damage taken malus.
(DoT stacks, malus doesn't)

✭✭Undaunted Battle Chant : up to 6 allies near the caster (20m) suffer from minor defile but gain major (i forget the name of these 2 buffs) damage delt to dungeon and trial enemies and major damage reduction from dungeon and trial enemies for 20 seconds, 200 ultimate cost.
activating the synergy given by this ultimate purges you of 2 debuffs.
Morph 1 : removes the minor defile and gain minor resource regeneration (health, magicka and stamina) and minor heroism (ultimate regen), ranks increase duration by 2 seconds per bonus rank
Morph 2 : becomes a floor targeted zone (12m or 15m) that also grants minor resistances, minor force and minor toughness but now only last 12 seconds, ranks reduce ultimate cost (rank 4 = 150ulti)
this ultimate would be a highly utility based ultimate focused around party based activity similar to how the other undaunted abilities workPLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

In actual difficult content this would be completely unused. There are far better options for ulti and good tanks have taunting under control as is. The morphs would have to provide some pretty crazy debuffs for it to be worthwhile.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Also I would like to point out that any kind of AoE taunt is a DOA ulti for any kind of situation with multiple tanks. Kinda sad if undaunted ulti will not be useful in trials at all.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I am not a fan of the idea of AOE taunts as I think it would be a huge crutch and making tanking very dull. That said, if one were to be introduced, it had better be an expensive ultimate. An AOE chain could be pretty fun in dungeons and trash pulls I suppose.
If we do get an undaunted ultimate, it would make sense for it to be some sort of group utility aimed specifically at dungeons.0 -
KappaKid83✭✭✭✭✭A DK Standard type ability that mimics a Destiny 2 Warlock well ability where allies standing inside of it take less damage for X amount of Seconds and Do Y% more damage for X amount of Seconds or Heal for Z amount X Amount of Seconds.
Base ability would be taking less damage with morphs being either the damage buff or the heal, capped at 12 players for both skills.
