Any News on Future Writ Events This Quarter?

Given that we only have a single berry (unless it changed in the second week and I missed that), when will the other 3 berries for this quarter's mount come?

I looked all over and cannot find anything. Is it still not announced or can someone point me to the known plan?

You didn't miss a berry, there was only one for the DB/theives event. No other events are announced regarding the next berries, nor is there any known plan either.

Not announced yet but could happen:

Orsinium Event (usually early August)
Dungeon Event (new)
Imperial City Event (usually early September)

Note there is a DLC drop in early August too ... so the Orsinium Event could potentially get pushed back some.

The daily random dungeon event won't happen until the GF/Activity Finder is working - hopefully the new version in Update 23 is solid. So the Orsinium and Imperial City events are most likely to occur next - ZoS have already rejigged the usual order of anniversary events this year. The Midyear Mayhem event may also show up again if AF is working ok after Update 23. Other than that, some other likely events - probably later in the year - might be:

Summerset anniversary event? There was a "Summerset Pathfinder" event last year, which unlocked the Grand Psijiic Villa for all owners of Summerset. Or, there might be something similar for Elsweyr instead?
Witches Festival (October)
CWC anniversary, possibly combined with a Murkmire event? (CWC event was in November in 2018)
Undaunted dungeon (pledges) event (also started end November last year)
New Life Festival (December)

A lot of these events you described won’t apply to the Onyx mount berries ... since they’re October and beyond.

July 18-29: Midyear Mayhem cancelled and replaced with thieves and assassins guild event July 2nd to 15th
Jul 25 – Aug 6: Imperial City celebration
Aug 12: Unnamed Q3 dungeon DLC
Aug 22 – Sep 3: Orsinium celebration
Sep 19 - 30: Clockwork City celebration

Q4:
Oct 3 - Oct 15: Witches Fest
Oct 21: Unnamed Q4 zone DLC (and conclusion of Season of the Dragon year-long storyline)
Oct 31 – Nov 5: Murkmire celebration
Nov 28-Dec 2: Undaunted event
Dec 19-Jan 2: New Life Fest

It is all speculation of course and so probably very wrong - in addition I would not be surprised for the Imperial City to be swapped with a Summerset event.

that would normally be true, but since ZoS have already swapped around the sequence and timing of some other events earlier this year, I was pointing out some other events which MIGHT/could be pulled forward into this quarter (as well as a list of events that we can expect in the 4th quarter).

I’m hoping they swap in Orsinium late Jul-early Aug. That would be perfect timing for me to run VMsA. If PvP lag is still an issue, I could see that happening.

That's the Undaunted event.

For the Dungeon event you just need to kill the final boss in any dungeon. No GF required, you can even do it solo.

I would be surprised to see any fourth quarter events moved as we still have one more mount to go after the Onyx mount. An exception might be the undaunted dungeons event but the others are tied to content anniversaries and real holidays so it wouldn't make much sense for those to be moved up.

A note to those who say we have "plenty of time left": We are almost 1/3rd of the way into the quarter which is what made me wonder. Not a lot of time left now for 3 more events between now and the end of September, especially if they run 2 weeks to get enough tickets at 2 per day to do more than the minimum.

I wouldn't even think about it except that past communication noted that the mounts were very time limited.

Why not just add new events so we're on an full-time 2x xp event for new players to level faster and remove the cp lock so us that has always wanted can fell it 100% as beginning of game let us believe we'd do someday but NOT locked as is
Event 2x xp will get New player's maxed fast if you look at its been 5 years for some of US and still we're 1200,1300,and few1400 thats not even halfway with it being 3600 for max

So, the Orsinium event is coming up, for the second Onyx Berry.

The other two unannounced events will probably be Imperial City celebration event and the Dungeon Event.
The Orsinium and the Dungeon Event were tested during the Elsweyr PTS, and Orsinium arrived as expected.
The Imperial City event was tested during the Scalebreaker PTS, and will include one of the Onyx Berries as well.

'Dungeon Event
An upcoming Dungeon Event is currently active to test on the PTS this week. To participate, simply enter a group dungeon with a group by porting to it or walking in, and kill the final bosses to earn Reward Boxes. These boxes contain many valuable rewards like motifs, Crown Riding Lessons, and Monster Weapon Outfit Styles – previously only available in the Crown Store.'

'Imperial City Celebration
Throughout the week, the Imperial City Celebration will be available to test! This event features double Tel Var drops from all monsters, as well as double the chance of obtaining a Scamp or Skin Runebox from slaying Molag Bal's Simulacrum. In addition to this, you'll be able to earn Event Tickets by participating in Imperial City (as described below), and you can spend those Tickets on various Imperial City-themed offerings at the Impresario.'

The Orsinium anniversary event was announced today, so still plenty of time for 2 more events for end of August and all of September.

It's worth noting that on the PTS, the Imperial City event was available for testing a couple weeks ago, and I noticed in the patch notes that it mentioned the fourth berry and the pet being available at the Impresario, so it sounds like IC will be the final event for this quarter.

That would leave, potentially, a Summerset anniversary event, though it was never available for testing on PTS. However, notably the Witches Festival was available for testing several weeks ago.

If we do have a Summerset anniversary event, it will be like the other anniversary events where we get double drops and event tickets from doing dailies. The Summerfall event that players keep referring to was not an event intended to recur. It was a one-time promotion of Summerset. It's possible that they'd do one for Elsweyr, but it wouldn't offer event tickets and thus wouldn't be part of the "normal" event cycle.
