To avoid multitude of "I didn't know about the stream" threads I'm posting this news on forums for those forum users that don't chck the news page.
The main gist is that you can win a pet and a crate for watching twich stream on July 27th at 2PM CT, it's 9PM for CET for my fellow Europeans.

The panel will kick off in the Grapevine Ballroom (Main Stage) on Saturday, July 27, at 2PM CT (3PM EDT). If you can’t make it, don’t worry! You can watch it live on twitch.tv/Bethesda. Even better, if you watch the show with a linked Twitch account, you’ll receive the Flame Atronach Senche-Jaguar pet and an Ouroboros Crown Crate (PC/Mac only)! If you play on console, don’t worry, simply log in to the game and kill a monster on Saturday, July 27 between 12PM-7PM EDT to also receive the rewards. The rewards will be delivered after the convention, during the month of August.

Is this guaranteed this time?
It seems that normal twitch drops from streams that say they have drops enabled don't actually drop anything anymore anyway, including the ESO stream team ones. I've given up watching them.

After the debacle of ESO Live and having to open three tickets AND provide a screenshot from Gina stating it was a guaranteed drop (they kept replying it wasn’t guaranteed), then getting a single crate with potions and a mimic stone when others got 9-30 crates without jumping through hoops, I am disinclined to go through it again."Get off my lawn!"3 -
