    Should I demand additional time for the 5 days I wasn’t able to participate? ZOS at least posted days ago that Maintenance was to take place today.

    I never asked for additional time, where did you even get that lol. I just wanted it to be live for the timeframe it was stipulated as such, that's all.
    If they had said it runs to 4 a.m. Monday EST then I'd be happy. Its really very simple :)
    Have a wonderful Prime Day(s) (Prime is for two days, just an fyi ;) )

    Yeah "28 tickets" my ass....they literally only gave people a total of three hours to get the last two tickets, so of course, not everyone would get them. They are clearly totally ignorant of people in different time zones of the world and just don't care. If they try and claim they actually care about their players then I'm calling ***.

    Unless Amazon's site crashes like last year. Nobody will nerd rage about Prime day being cut by a few hours though.... That only happens here.

    Yesterday when logging in I saw a message that stated the server would go down for maintenance this morning at 4 am. I'd say at least 12 hours if not 24 hours notice given? It is bad timing though.

    You do you. I have no problem either, I was able to login before maintenance and grab my 2 tickets. That doesn't mean I can't understand why others might have an issue. There is something called empathy that seems to be in short supply these days. You should try it sometime.

    This, most have to leave for work before the event reset. One of the few benefit of winter is that dailies reset one hour earlier so they are easy to do before leaving for work. On the other hand most would not be home before finishing them either, granted this depend on there you live,
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Yea I was planning on getting them before I left for work , but because of the maintenance scheduled, I had to stay up til after 2 AM instead.

    I got the stupid tickets but I'm felt like crap because of 4 hours of sleep.
    Not sure it was worth it.

    Really wish they would not schedule maintenance on the last morning of these events.

    I cant wait until I have my last stupid feather (one more event should do it) and just need tickets for berries. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting tired of this grind
