    You do realize that separating PVP amd PVE won't do anything to stop ZOS from changing/nerfing PVE with every update, right?

    Its called Horizontal Progression. We've had it since One Tamriel, and its the easiest/most cost effective way for ZOS to keep ESO from becoming stagnant and boring. It also means ZOS doesnt have to design incredibly hard content when they can merely nerf PVE power creep to keep old content somewhat relevant and new content within reach of newer players.

    This post wasn't designed to convince anyone of anything. It's just a question for the community to help me better understand how ppl feel on the matter.
    If it helps others better understand the views of the community then it's a win.
    If ZOS sees it and gets a better understanding of the communities feelings on the matter then that's a win
    If someone decided to post a comment that is aimed at dividing and causing contraversy then they have to live with being a ***. They have the right to be one and I'm not here to judge.
    All in all I'm just curious so I asked.

    One could ask if it doesn't cost resources if you have to overhaul all skills and sets every couple months ^^

    Maybe within their attempt to standardize things they could also work more with battle spirit and a general change in pvp something like - all burst damage is automatically 40% smaller in pvp, all dot 20% etc...something like that

    Any game that have both modes and don’t separate the changes is guaranteed to have balance issues no matter what.

    By not accepting to make the split, they essentially have less to work with as it’s one design for all modes no matter what. Will never work as both modes are and always will be different.

    Tbh and imo if you’re playing eso just for the pvp there are way better pvp focused games out there.

    MMOs are just the wrong genre for it due to the terrible balance overall.

    Balance might not be that good but the combat is one of the best ones i've experienced so far.
    Lag and and the new cast times might be the thing that makes me quit eso though.

    all pvp ever brings is complaints and toxicity... pve only and the forums would feel like paradies...

    at least split the forums into a general pve and a general pvp discussion so we dont have to deal with the constant whining anymore

    Is there already a PvP form? I think there is, but people post in general instead
