Can we please have some official explanation as to how these are supposed to work and what the approximate drop rates of getting a crate are supposed to be?
My current understanding is this:
Official Bethesda/ZOS streams tend to mention in their announcement if there is a guaranteed crate or reward of some kind for watching. (This also matches my observation, no issue here)
ESO Stream Team and members who are watched when ZOS says "drops are going to be active "have a chance" of giving you a crate if you watch for at least 10 minutes. I have personally had very bad luck in getting crates from watching Twitch streams which even advertise on their streams that drops are active. Over this weekend for instance, I watched 15-20 hours of various twitch streams, even swapped streams every 15-20 minutes to check out different streamers AND try to get some crates for the effort.
This morning I received 1 crate. This is disappointing to say the least. I would just like to know the rules of engagement to make an informed decision. Needless to say I have watched my last "chance to get a crate" twitch stream for the time being. Look forward to some official explanation so I have an accurate understanding going forward. Thank you.
