That said, I'd be curious to know how much of "crown sales" use the existing inventory of crowns and just cause a spike in Crowns-for-Gold transactions. yeah. it's a made up currency with no value to anything but the company that sells it and they are getting more and more stingy with the price. That's never a good sign.7 -

one time. they had it at 50% off one time to my knowledge, and now every single sale is berated and gets tomatoes thrown at it because it wasn't like the first one that happened when the playerbase was smaller and the game was dying. 40% at the high end is nothing to sneeze at. Buy a bunch, get a volume discount, budget your use of crowns for a while. It works nicely.
