[Guild Stores] Proposal to help smaller guilds - refunding the listing fee

PROPOSAL: IF your guild currently does NOT have a Trader, pulling a listing from it also refunds your listing fee
- so you can reprice items / sell different items to your now smaller market consisting of just your guildmates (because they didn't buy your stuff before...)
- move some goods to another guild store that has a Trader
- change your listings to rarer items if you think your guild is about to get a Trader, and thereby have a wider market

So? 30 slots is not that much and you have to "repackage" this space each month. And you're still at risk of someone buying your stuff.

So? 30 slots is not that much and you have to "repackage" this space each month. And you're still at risk of someone buying your stuff.
Not if you price it at enough millions. Which doesn't matter if listing fees are refunded. And it would not be 30 slots but up to 150 slots. And it would blur the market prices, because people would not know if an item is genuinely for sale at an expensive price; or if it's stored there.
Repackaging every 30 days is no big deal.0 -

The rest of us will be trying to sell our items and actually make a profit instead of a best-case net zero.
Except a vast majority of guilds out there will never ever get a trader - for the simple reason that they'll never apply for one, because they're not trading guilds and don't intend to be one.
If your suggestion were implemented, everyone in those guilds would use the space as extra inventory. That's a use that would greatly diminish the attractivity of the crafting bag and therefore it will not be considered a valid option by ZOS.

And that's fine. Worst case, non-trader-players get 150 units of space. Compared to players to are going to try to use this "space" for its intended purpose of selling items, using it as storage will incur an ongoing opportunity cost.
I'm gonna bet ZOS would be fine with that, and many players are going to be fine with this "exploit" too.

Sure, there's zero drawback in this for players. But for ZOS ? Not so sure.

Haenk✭✭✭✭If you want to help smaller guilds, just remove the bidding for a certain trader. Keep the bidding, but you will get a random trader if you are one of the 150 top bidders.
Certainly this will distribute the population all over the world, as you might need to trave to the edge of the world to find "your" top-trading-guild. I guess ZOS would like that.0
