Now I want the Nvidia one with EVGA, but my friend says EVGA is trash. Can any pc players here give me some pointers?
I play on ultra settings always.

What resolution does your monitor support?
For a 4K TV a GeForce RTX 2070 Super or RTX 2080 should be more than enough. The RTX 2070 Super, while not quite a facsimile of the RTX 2080, offers 96% of the RTX 2080’s performance for 71% of the price.

My friend was saying that EVGA cards overheat and have horrible cooling systems, and that’s why they’re less money than like MSI.
I currently have a 1060 6gb, but it’s not strong enough to handle my modded Skyrim.
So you guys think the 2080ti is NOT worth it?
Can you guys link the ones you have so I can see what you are talking about

I literally just gave you advice to just get the RTX Super if you are even considering the TI. Performs better. Less ‘overengineered’ cooling so less overheating across most brands...
I have ran gigabyte, Asus, MSI and they all perform well if you keep them at stock. OC is easier with MSI afterburner software and setting up custom fam curves etc. Though.
Also... there is only 20ish games that support ray tracing right now. So keep that in mind. If you are just wanting a boost over your 1060 to run 4K.. a 1080ti would be fine.
