Elsweyr Standard/Collector's Edition Question

Been wanting to get Elsweyr for the longest time, but finances have been tight. Just curious if I were to buy the standard edition for now- if I could then upgrade to collector's when I can afford it and only pay the additional ten dollars. Or is it $90 total? Thanks!
