Jumped into an NSS pug run yesterday morning. Took about 10 minutes to get the group together as one random player kept disconnecting every time they tried to port in. Finally got the group together. First boss was umm, interesting. First group of atronachs spawns and there are no frost atros. Everyone laughs, expecting the worst to come in the second round. Instead, everyone freezes with the boss flying around overhead. Then everyone dies with 8 players dc'ing. A minute passes, everyone is back. Lots of AOE's from the boss in the wrong place, as in the color is in one place, then the AOE is in a totally different location. Anyways, we make it through that and kill the boss.
But for the off-tank constantly freezing and getting killed in bizarre and entertaining ways, the second boss was uneventful. Actually suffered no dc's by traveling back to the beginning instead of running the last sets of adds; a minor miracle given how the trial has gone to this point. Final boss was eventful. Adds conveniently grouping for kills was nice. The unpredictable flames through the center added a new surprise. Got to the color-change/end of the fight and boss decided to kill 10 players for no reason without warning. No damage recap available. Impressively, the 2 who survived rezzed the group and we finished. Scored a whole bunch of False God hats and Lokkes Lightning Staffs for the trouble. Sweet....
On the bright side, ran 3 VHRC runs in a row with no lag or glitches, which is a personal record.
I still love ESO, but this is getting to be a bit much.
